Romanian Handicapped Ministries (RHM) is a Christian non-
profit corporation operating out of Milford, Ohio. You are
welcome to browse these pages and become acquainted
with our outreach to young people in the Black Sea port
city of Constanta who are faced with serious physical and
mental limitations considered to be irrecoverable, financial
drains on this very poor society. RHM strives to
demonstrate the love and compassion of Jesus Christ
through the following activities in the effort to meet some
of their practical needs:

| offering emotional support and family counseling. |
| Providing free medical attention. |
| Administering physical therapy adapted to the need. |
| Teaching basic life skills related to safetyk hygiene, | |
| etc. |
| Instruction in ability-appropriate academic skills. | |
| (Public special education is not available to them.) |
| Providing daily transportation. | |
