The formation of RHM-RO was an important milestone in establishing RHM as
a mission organization with an official, local presence in Constanta. In
accordance with the law, the Foundation employs an Executive Director
(attorney, Mr. Silviu Ghereben), a Medical Director (Dr. Gabriela Ghereben),
and a Social Worker (Mr. Liviu Marin). In addition, an accountant, auditor,
teacher, physical therapist, and a psychologist are employed on a part-time
basis.
Currently, the RHM-RO Foundation’s Madison Center is a modest-sized,
renovated facility where Foundation members receive free physical therapy,
medications and medical treatment. Planned social activities often include
family members, also. The daily programs have produced measurable
improvements in each member, and offered strong encouragement to their
families.
The staff follows a consistent daily and monthly schedule for teaching various
skills:
