In 2005, RHM-RO was granted formal accreditation, and
was one of the only two facilities to receive the honor of
such a recommendation by the city of Constanta in 2005!
This was in recognition of the superior services provided to
their Foundation membership. The most recent
governmental regulations require such a qualification
annually in order to operate a facility that is set up to focus
on the needs of handicapped individuals specifically.
Once again, great financial challenges for mission
organizations rose when Hurricane Katrina devastated the
southern coastline of the US. Again, charitable donations
were directed inwardly for aid to the thousands of survivors
left in extreme and desperate need.
In August, God brought His perfect choice for a social
worker to RHM. Mr. Liviu Marin is a graduate of the
University of Bucharest and the Baptist College with
specialties in Theology and Social Work, is involved in an
Evangelism program with Evangelism Explosion, and is also
part of a Disease and Drug Prevention Program. Liviu is
truly a man whose heart is toward God, and he loves young
people!
