In 2003, RHM incorporated in Romania as the
RHM-Romania (RHM-RO) Foundation, a
Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in order to
operate a ministry/clinic, hire employees, and own
property. In the spring of 2004, the first of the
five-phase plan was completed with the purchase, rehab
and opening of the Foundation's Madison Center, a
modest, cheerful, nicely equipped, free medical facility
administrated by RHM-RO Foundation directors.
