On September 11, 2001, a stunned world gasped at
the display of unthinkable evil that issued
thousands into eternity with no warning.
Understandably, the US rushed to the aid of its own
in the midst of that mind-numbing attach on New
York City. Major US charitable funds for foreign aid
plummeted. It had been RHM's goal to open our
Day Center in June of 2003, but this tragedy took
its toll on the progress of RHM’s program in that it
blocked the expected purchase of property.
Nevertheless, God's interest in His work in
Constanta was not deterred. In fact, He had
foreseen our need before we were aware of it and
brought the body of Christ together through what
still appears to be a Divine Appointment!
